Default Intercooler question on a dc2...think it will fit?

I was just wondering what you guys thought about this intercooler placement on my gsr. Do you think this will fit? The reason why i'm asking is the intercooler sticks out about 1.5 inches from the bumper support as you can see in the pics. Obviously i will have to do some cutting at my bumper but will it fit if i trim some things down? I would like to keep those fins if at all possible. Let me know what you think!

you could flip it around and bolt it to the back side of the bumper support or you could make additional brackets to bolt it to the underside of the bumper support??? That would probably make it fit a lil easier...

I don't think it will fit, my intercooler is right under the bumper support and it barely fits and thats with a cut bumper (fins) and I took out the Metal support things from the bumper too

You'll be fine...I've fit intercoolers 3x bigger than that on DC2's. Just trim the bumper a little at a time.
