ok i have a 92 DX HB with a LS motor that has a custom turbo setup in the car right now. i have been trying to sell it for a little while with no luck.
Should i just sell it as is, rip the swap/turbo out and sell it with a stock motor, or sell it as a rolling shell.
i want to get a "EK" HB , trading would be a good deal for me if anyones interested email me.

Honestly, Id put it all back to stock...people are skeptical about buying swapped cars because they know they've been driven hard. Plus eg hatches are getting to be more and more expensive now and you could part out what you have! Good luck though!

Well then at least try and put it mechanically back close to stock or try to sell it to somebody who knows there stuff...but honestly I didnt get a swapped car because I figured if you care enough to swap it, you drive it harder than i want it second hand!

 

Change back to stock, then sell it. Keep motor turbo setup for next car

 

IMO, if you can, put the stock motor in and part out the rest. There is no way you'll get back what you invested in the car. It just doesn't happen.

You will get the most money if you can part as much out as you can and sell the car with stock motor and "brand new paint job".

i have offers for 9000, but obviously they never came up with the cash.

the 18" Axis have been replaced with 2001 GSR rims.

i would take a resonable offer/trade

I suggest you change it bac kto stock...motor wise and suspension....Part out your other things and sell the car as stock as u can get it with the exception of paint, c/f hood...side markers etc...People seem to be looking to buy hatches to build a project of their own....thats probally why you havent had much luck

that "box" is a heat shield i believe

 

Return it to stock mechanically, then use the motor you have for your next project.
