Default Difference in Auto and Manual Halfshafts

A buddy and I did a complete swap on my 97 prelude a year ago and put a 2001 Accord euro R motor in it. Over the period of that year I have went through about 4-5 cv axles on the driver side. Boots keep splitting on the outer side. So just wandering what anybodys thoughts were on this. Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated. I think that it might be the Half Shaft on the transmission.
