Hi, just figured I would offer these to you guys before they go for sale elsewhere. I had a couple people ask me if I could get any and after searching our old stock in the warehouse I found one set left Koni # 8040-1083 R+L for the front of 84-87 civic/crx, The only rears we had that would fit were optional ones that also fit the 86-89 integra as well as the 84-87 civic/crx, they are SP1 valving as well #80-2556SP1
I also have 73-74 civic koni's I have a bunch of those #86-1864
and some 75 civic Koni wet kits(use original shock housings) #86-1941
Will only sell in sets 8040-1083 R+L $350 for the set
80-2556SP1- $220 for the set
+ shipping
The 73-74 and 75 shocks I will try to find an old price guide this week I couldnt find any prices on those. If anyone is interested PM me

Hey, I'm intrested in the 84-87 konis.
But I'm not sure what you have... do you have both fronts, both rear? (your post is kinda confusing to me lol)
And what is it you talk about "optional ones"?
So are these NOS? Like, brand new?
I have an 89 teg, and have some fin aid money coming in, and I'm very intrested.
get at me on email at tegmike@yahoo.com, please.
I can't PM, guess I dont have enough post on here, but I have "cred" on g1teg.org (if needed).

I have one left front and one right front and both rears, They are NOS still in boxes.
The rears were optional civic/crx shocks. they are actually for a 86-89 integra but are valved stiffer than the civic/crx and were listed in the old koni catalog I had as "optional" since they also fit the civic/crx as well as the integra.

Okay perfect. I'm still waiting for my scholarship money, but I hope to have it in like a week.
I want the front, but if we can work out a price for all of them, then I'll take the whole set, hopefully.

Yup, I'm almost finished putting together another turbo ITR for road racing/track day duties and the ITR Expo @ VIR this June.
But that CRX and another 86 Si are the ones I'm still trying to get some remaing rare parts for, as long term projects.

hmm "useless post".... E-AT what do you mean? Are you buying them? Or saying I'm not gonna give them up, but you don't really know my so....(even though I'm on RPR).
I think he meant his post asking about where he might have known me and my other car from, may not have been on topic.
Someone let me know if these Front and Rear Konis get sold or are eventually still available.
Thanks,
Ed

do those konis fit the gen 2 prelude 1984? I have some NEW reds already, but always looking. also did you realize that there are two versions for the red for that year... one as a direct fit replacement for the showa and one for the nissin

No I do not beleive they fit the prelude but I can see what I can dig up, if there are any prelude shocks left.
