Help! with a 94 civic wiper relay
Doing some work on a civic i just bought and wipers are not working. My uncle took off the wiper motor and said he hooked it up to a battery and it work. He said the wiper switch seemed to be getting power as well.
So we tracked it down to the wiper relay. What happening is we turn on the wipers and you hear a click then a second later a 2nd click, coming from the relay. Is that signaling that the relay is bad? Kinda stumped on where to go from here. I dont want to pick up a motor, switch and relay just to swap them all around and figure out what my problem is.
