so you're swapping a newer better 2.0 liter vtec engine for an older, less robust 2.0 liter frankenstein motor? What's the point, really?
Sorry, don't know if it will fit though. Doubt you can find any pre-made motor mounts for the swap either.

I mean maybe if you sold your motor for alot then got the b20 cheap....you could do some modding to the b20 but of course k>b so theres really no point in doing this.. and i dont think it would fit there would be to much custom work

could not have said it better my self
If you really want to get your hands dirty, just go out and by a some pos shell and drop the b20/gsr in it. have it as a project car.

Trade you a LS/VTEC for your K20! lol
for real though this is a terrible idea unless you destroyed your stock motor. Even then, the mounts are not the same and theres no market for these kinda mounts so you will be looking into custom fabrication on almost EVERY part of that swap. Complete waste of time.

Even if you got the engine in there getting the car running well would be insanely difficult, you'd have to retrofit for OBDI or II, I doubt the speedo would work, you'd either have to rewire or replace the whole gauge cluster.
Hey, I wouldn't recommend that since your mom is still making payments on the vehicle. I would wait for her to pay the loan off. I would atleast wait until she gets in an equity position so in case something happens to go wrong when you do that swap, then you can PROBABLY trade it in...assuming that you put the original engine back in! Since you didn't bother to think about buying a basic dx and then swap you would've saved about $9-10k going that route.
