Either

Fan is broken
Wires are messed up
Or fan relay is broken

Start by checking the fan. Run 12v to it with a ground. Don't assume it's got a ground. If the fan works start working things back. Does it have a ground? Is the fan switch plugged in? This is the one on the thermostat housing (2 pin connector).

Either your plug-in connector to the fan from the car was disconnected, one of the wires running to the fan is fried/frayed, or your thermostat is history.

Trace the plug back into where it connects to the car. Disconnect it and plug a paper clip into the each of the 2 connnector spots on the clip and see if the fan goes on (car must be on full accessory mode/on).

I thought mine wasn't working until someone explained to me that it's probably just the weather. If the coolant is having no problem keeping cool by dissipating heat to the ambient air then the fan won't click on. How high is your temperature needle going?

I'm in southern Arizona, so it doesn't exactly get cold here either. Just keep an eye on your gauge. There's only cause for alarm if it gets near the red or if it doesn't drop when you stop and idle for a while.
