am i the only one that thinks that hp number is a little too high for a gt3076r and 15psi?

im not trying to hate, its a really nice set up, congrats on the build, but i have almost all the same stuff and im making 333whp at 10psi creeping to 12 on 91, i cant imagine a ported head +2octane in gas and 3 more lbs of boost will give me 120whp more... i dunno, either way congrats, you'll no the truth when you hit the strip, and if you really are making those numbers then to you.

edit: never mind i see dyno says flywheel hp, so thats like 380ish at the wheels, very believeable, good job.

Thats just how the dynopack reads it, it is WHP however dynopack's notoriously read a little higher than the dynojets/mustang dyno's most of us are comparing the numbers to.

nice numbers even if they're Dynapack, but that turbo seems to be a late spooler compared to all the other GT3076r's i've seen

wow, good point... it appears to have a T4 flange and large hotside (hard to tell from pics) that might be why... it looks a lot bigger than my 30r but top mounts tend to have that effect too... im loving the little filter

B18Flip can you tell us the a/r of the turbine and flange size?

If it did have some odd-ball exhaust housing, that'd explain the late spool AND the higher-than-average power output. I'm sure that Jeff Evans and his Dynapack deserve some of the credit for the latter

thanks guys . The GT3076R was a custom trim from b18bturbo/atpturbo.com , i can't remember exactly but it was the largest wheel offered for the 30r and its a .82a/r T3 turbine w/ a GT 4-bolt discharge. My goal was between 400-450whp with good midrange. So decided to try the 30r over the 35r.
We were all pretty surprized at the end result in power, including Jeff Evans. As we thought we'd have to go up to ~18psi to make the goal. Its a pretty high # but i dont think its outrageous for the setup/psi. I've seen plenty of similar setups on pump/gt3076r's in the 400+ range.
It's hard to tell from the pics that the manifold is a/c or p/s friendly, but it was all in there for the dyno tuning LOL. I'll snap some pics for you guys. I have to say that it is a TIGHT fit, it was a bitch to make it work in very way possible. The a/c compressor housing needed to be grounded down abit to clear, a/c lines bent, tial v-bands grounded down to even mount the w/g on the manifold and i was lucky to find a filter to squeeze in there.
As for the filter... there was a bunch of PM's about it. Ideal automotive in Danbury CT had it instock, i forget what the K&N part # was.
pic of the manifold during fabrication

it looks like K&N RU-2510, same filter i have, i just havent put mine on yet, its what most of my friends with 4" inlets use cause its pretty short and fits right on the turbo

awesome setup there so your exhaust housing is a .82ar.Correct me if I'am wrong but the .82ar spools slower but can generate more power on top correct???? Sorry for the noobish I'am still learning more on fi(force induction).
