Default Is my valve cover stripped enough?

hey, i no this has been posted everywhere like mad so all im asking is if my valve cover looks prepped enough to be painted. i had it sand blasted and iv used some really abrasive sand paper (100) and above. take a look and please let me no what you guys think.

Yeah, the valve cover should be fine for paint. If you're looking for a super-smooth top coat, I'd recommend sanding with a finer coat, but that's up to you. I, personally, prefer a little rougher coat.

They're nothing to worry about. If you want to, you can sand it with a higher count sandpaper.

thats fine. scuff it with 320 or 400 then spray some self etch rattle can primer on it if your on a budget. i actully like sw self etch sc primer pn#988

As long as they arent deep gouges then you should be fine. The first couple coats will fill them and then the ending coats will end up smooth.
