1990 Accord problem

Need your help. Friend of mine owns a 1990 Accord 5pd. Problem is, when driving the car dies. At any speed, it just shuts down,engine will stutter then shut off. Tach jumps around then dies. Any help is greatle appreciated.

How long does it take to get it restarted?

Starts up just fine,just when it gets up to temp and on the road it will start acting up.

Ignition switch maybe?
