can some one help me out i need to know how many turns for what tranny it is like u know u draw a mark and it tells u what tranns mission it is after a turn of the clutch shaft on the drive shaft side what are the turning rates for a tranny and also what tranny shoud i get im going tomorow to the scrap yeard to look what tranny is good i found a motor that s d16y7 with tranny atached what models have the y7 with also how can i tell if its a dx or ex tranny also si tranny

 

Theres a stamp on the d series transmission on passenger side drive axle seal. If it says L3 you have a si cable transmission.

dude he said its a 96 hydro tranny. look near the fill plug or the drain plug there will be circle stamps in the tranny. should say a000 or b000 i forget. then try searcing here or google mistabone's tranny page i think he had his own web page.

 

mistabone's tranny only covers up to 95 i need 96 and up
