car wont heat up
Hello everyone,
Happy new year! Just a question, I have recently put a jdm D15 in my ed. I cant get it to warm up. If i sit and idle it will warm up but if im driving and the cold canadian winter air wont allow it to warm up. Im hoping someone can direct in me in the right way. I was just going to put some cardboard infront of the rad but i would much rather fix the problem then hid it. I did use the same thermosate from my D15B2 at the time of the swap. Not sure if that could be the problem but it was a brand new OEM honda one and i thought it would be ok. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. All the best to everyone in 2008.

its a new OEM honda thermostat its roughly 2 months old. i just bleed the cooling system and it warmed up to operating tempature while i was parked. Fan came on, I thought it was solved. I just went for a drive and it cooled all the way down again. Both rad hoses are hot. I guess I will change the thermostat again and see if that does anything. Any other ideas anyone. Thanks for all you help its just it was -17 the other day and i drive 60km one way to work
update... Changed the Tstat with ones from a buddies car that works. Same problem still anyone else any ideas i really would like to get this fixed
