*This depends on how dark you want your lights to turn out. If you want to find out how many coats the person used, pm them and ask. Otherwise, spray yours until you like how it looks.

*It's a transparent, colorless paint. You can find them in spray cans too. Usually the color says crystal clear or clear or something like that. The clear coat is an overcoat, put on over the dried paint to protect it. The spray cans probably have directions on them. Once you actually try this out you will see that it's not as hard or confusing as you think.
