You can't, unless you have Konis with multiple circlip grooves.
Adjustments on dampers aren't for ride height - they're for setting the compression and rebound resistance forces.
If you want to set your own ride height, you'll need either dampers with threaded bodies (commonly referred to as "full coilovers"), or coilover sleeves to fit over non-threaded damper bodies.

what he said, you should be able to find some relatively cheap though if you want to change your height. It generally wont ride as well as the spring and shock combo but it sure is fun dumping your car and raising it up.
Plus since you have adjustable dampening, you can drop it low and make your shocks very stiff so you wont scrape everything in sight

Not unless his damping adjustment is (or includes) compression, with a very high damping level to simulate a stiffer spring. Somehow, I highly doubt that's what the OP has.

you cannot adjust ride height with damping..as what they have said..you can play the damping of your shocks but not the height..try their suggestions on how you can raise your ride height
