swapping catback from gsr to ls

The ls is a 96 and I believe the gsr is the same. Is this possible with some modifications? BTW, the exhaust is a comptech system.

It wont fit right, you have to do custom work to it.

All LS, Type R, and 00-up GSR exhausts are swappable, but 94-99 isn't.

so what do I have to do? Modifying it is no problem. Anyone have a picture of the underside of a 96 ls and 96 gsr?
