i currently have an auto civic dx...the cluster doesnt have any rpm...im planning on converting my car to a manual...and have been collecting pieces for that...my friend gave me his dx manual cluster....the big difference is my civic dx has 80k miles and his cluster says 122k miles...i took apart the cluster and took off the faceplate....i dont know where to go from here...any help would be appreciated....

 

swap the entire speedo sections and be done with it
you should never remove the faces and needles...it will always read incorrectly

Swap over the entire speedo assembly, there are a few screws holding it into the cluster housing.
