I just got my buddy club Spec III exhaust, it's a 2 piece design exhaust, as many of you guys know sometimes fitment on the exhaust is not perfect. I believe 2 piping suppose to be overlap each other and then use the spring to connect them. but unfortunally, the BC i got didn't get that perfect fitment. it can't overlap each other. did any of u guys happen to have this problem when you got it? How to fix it is my main question

That definitely doesn't look like it's going to work correctly.

I have a BC Pro Spec coming, but it's a dual system and i don't think it's the same type of fitment. I'm not sure though.

 

i have the same exhaust. it took a little force to go in. who did you order from and did you call them about the issue?

 

i bought it from a guy on s2ki.

I brought the exhaust to bucky's. they use pipe expander get it to fit. .now its working fine.

I heard most of BC exhaust are having the same problem.

 

I had the same problem. It was because one or botth of the pipes are not 100% round in my case it was one and it was a lil ovalish so I just bent it back into a circle and it fit fine. Another thing I did was cut off 1 inch off of the male end to shorten it a lil cause it stuck out of my bumper too much for my liking but if you do this your going to have to get shorter springs. Anyways hope you like the exhaust I fukin love the way it sounds and it screems in vtec

 

how long u had it for? any problem with the welding?

I have had it since September i love this exhaust its my favorite it sounds sick esp at wot or vtec but at 9k it sounds the best you'll feel some gains after acouple days when the ecu learns it u should also invest in a test pipe then u will really feel the gains with the exhaust
