I'm looking for pics of coupes with GReddy SP or SP2 exhausts. The reason I'm looking for pics is that I want to see what kind of muffler arrangement the majority of Civic coupe SP/SP2 exhausts has.

The SP exhaust for coupes had two versions. Most versions had the muffler set back in the OEM position with an extended tailpipe. A few others were like the hatchback exhausts, with the muffler right at the bumper cover, and no tailpipe extension attached to the tip. The pipe behind the muffler was longer, as opposed to the other configuration.

For the SP2, all the ones I've seen on coupes all had the muffler closer to the bumper cover, with the tip directly on the muffler with no tailpipe extension. I'm wondering if there's an SP2 version with a tailpipe extension.

What's the big deal? With the muffler in the OEM position (farther back from the bumper cover), the muffler is less likely to scrape when the car is at an angle. (ie steep driveways, etc).

 

well i just bought one for my 95 civic hatch and when i put it on, it sticks our from under the bumper cover and out like 3-4 inches and looks kinda crapy for me. I want it to be right with the bumper cover so......... do you know??? look at vidz on youtube
