and the second is=http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/92-95-94-93-HONDA-CIVIC-OEM-CARBON-FIBER-HOOD-VIS-EX-DX_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118QQcategor yZ33646QQihZ017QQitemZ270194034530QQrdZ1QQsspagena meZWD1V

the second one looks like the skeloton is made out of cf but the first link looks like its made outta metal, i was told vis made a type 1 and a type 2 cf hood one clears a b series and one had to be cut, could anyone tell by looking at these links what one is type 1 and 2 if either of them are

the older VIS copys the oem frame work with fiberglass, everything is fiberglass underneath and they just over lay it with cf on top and wraps around the edge.

the newer one uses a simpler bar structure for support, maybe it's stronger, maybe it's better but it's all their words.

you pretty much have to see it in person before you buy one, even they are the same grade, same badge sometime air bubble, warps and resin craps pops out in weird places.
so check them out in person under good sunlight before buying one(if you can)

i used to have the old version of the hood, they always have one side with a mad gap in them and crappy edges. Most of the people back int he day runs a hood pin for safety and for fitments purposes
