Default JRRH with any exhaust?

I have run up on a JRRH for $400 for my 2003 RSX Type S. It does come with the test pipe and the full length header. I would really like to jump on this but I need to know if it will bolt up to any exhaust. I have an Apexi WS II and I am not changing it. Do you guys know if this will work?

Also are there good gains from this header without a tune? Is it true that you do not need a torque dampner or ESMM with this header? Does this price sound like a good deal?

Any help would be great and haters stay away! Thanks guys.

Ihaven't bought it yet. These are all preliminary questions to see if this is a smart purchase! Thanks for your reply though!

Why does it come with a test pipe if you have a race header?
Do you have a racing header or header?

it's a 2 piece race header. 2 piece headers (plural) come with a test pipe most of the time
