DC5 Volume Control

i hit my car about 3 weeks ago and just got the car back. i can turn on the stero but i cant change the volume when i try to twist it just doesnt do anything. it was working before i hit it anyone know?

Did you whack the radio? If so then you probably did mess it up!

hell no haha but i did hit the curb hard **** probaly did something. i tried resetting the battery and it still dont work =[

take out the radio and make sure the face plate is all the way connected to the the stereo part same thing happend to me after i took it out and put it back in.
