my issue is that i keep blowing a fuse, its the "tail light, instrument light, license light" fuse. i dont know anything about workin wit the wires on cars so any help would be great. where would i start looking for the wire? my friend has done a check on the fuse and said that it has power and ground. oh, my car is a 1992 acura integra gs. thank you everyone

 

Sounds like your wiring is shorting out somethere. Chech the wires on the tailights and the wiring behind your cluster. Look for any exposed wiring that could touch ground and cause you to blow fuses. It is going to be a PITA to find the short, but it can be done.
