Yes. There are kits for factory internal engines. Granted its not 400 hp, but its better than stock.

you should make 200whp EASY. with a supercharger u gain less power then a turbo but you should be able to get 230-250 depending on the tuning and stuff.

Jackson Racing is IMO the best for a honda. they have the full engine specific kit and all that... just kinda pricey at about 2500 for the kit last i saw.

Short answer:
Dyno tuned and kept under 200 peak horsepower at the wheels it should be fine and reliable on stock internals and sleeves - that's assuming the engine is in good condition (not leaking oil, pulls how it's supposed to, etc.).

Though I wouldn't do it on a D15B7/B8/Z1 - not high flow engines, they kinda die - the JDM D15B on the other hand is fine - and the Z6 obviously, is a preferred boost motor of SOHC D series people.

I have a Jackson Racing supercharger. I had my car stock (cat back exhaust, headers, and intake) at 5 lbs in the beginning of July. I then went to 8lbs for like a month and took it up to redline a few times and it was fine. I put 440cc injectors, Walbro high flow fuel pump, and an obd1 ecu in. My friend street tuned it with chrome and its a completly different car after the tuning. I should be at 200 hp for sure but I am getting it dynoed probably at Import Alliance. Its a good safe choice in my opinion and is still running strong.

You could also turbo for $2,500 and make more power/torque, but it's up to you.

Chrome is a shiny metal, CROME is the tuning program.

If you're talking to me, just as a daily driver until i can afford something nicer than a Honda.

With occasional usage as an autocross/track car for fun.

Thanks I didn't know a minor spelling issue was a problem. I know more than most guys I meet on the streets. This guy popped his hood after I showed him mine after school one day. He was wondering what kind of car I drove since I had my I heart boost shirt on. He said I think something is done to my car but I don't know what. He started up his car and it was running like **** and there were 2 cams spinning. I was like idiot please never talk to me again!
