Default Greddy around oil filter??

So I bought my ek a couple of months ago with a rebuilt and sleeved b18c1. The car has type-r internals, skunk 2 cams and gears, hondata s300 and a couple of other things. When I was changing the oil the other day I saw that it said Greddy around where the oil filter screws into. What does this mean, greddy block?

Thanks

They make a "sandwich" adapter that installs in the stock oil filter mounting location that provides tapped holes for adding oil pressure/temperature senders -- perhaps that's what you've got.
