Hey Guys,

If someone has an Apexi Pen Style Turbo Timer, please let me know. I bought one on Ebay and the Relay Box is missing so I want to know if someone could take a pic of the inside of the box to see if I could make one myself instead of going thru the hassle of having to resend the part back... I has already costed me 75 bucks of duty fees since i'm in Canada so I want to keep the cost down and not ship it back.

I have one, but it wouldn't be until tomorrow to take a pic of the box. I don't know if it's easily taken apart- I never tried to open it up.

 

Tomorrow is ok. I'm giving me the weekend to evaluate my options and take a decision on if I keep it or ask for a refund.

Guess I could, but it would be a lot cheaper if I could make it myself. They probably sell this part as much as the whole unit. I'm already losing $75 with this...

 

why not contact the people that sold you the timer and tell them that a part was missing and you need it sent...that would be most logical thing to do rather than trying to fabricate one yourself

 

That's already done. The guy is a dick head and insist that it was there when he shipped it. It has magically disapeared during shipping, Yeah, right. He's not cooperative at all and there's not much I can do more except than trying to reduce my loss myself.

 

I've got one that fried one of the tracers on the PCB that you can have if you pay for the shipping.
