Default CRX fan not operating

I found a few threads about CRX fans not working but would there be a reason for it not to work on speed 1 and 2 on the dial? Mine recently stopped operating on those speeds but still work on the rest. It's pretty annoying having to use 3 and 4. Thanks.

Blower motor resistor, it's mounted on the blower motor topside, held in by two screws. You can see it if you remove the glove box, it has a 4-wire clip that runs into it. Get a new one and your problem is solved.
