Default Opinions Please- Rear Lower Tie Bar Clearance with ST Sway bars

So yea, The ST sway bar bushings brackets that i installed do not clear the Neuspeed Tie bar that i currently have. I thought of an idea that may work. The tie bar needs .5" to clear the sway bar bushing bracket. So i was going to order a longer bolt and put a spacer in between the sub-frame and the tie bar. My only concern is strength and any chance of the bolt backing out. I drew up a diagram on what it will look like, let me know what you guys think...

Thanks,

Keith

The farther out the tie bar is from the subframe, the less effective it's going to be, although it's probably not doing all that much either way.

I would just get a different tie bar that will work with your sway bar setup if you're intent on having a tie bar under there.
