We know 96-98 Civic LX cannot have performace headers with the regular stock engine due to the manifold is the headers and Cat in one.

I was juss thinking what if I took a EX Cat converter, installed it by making mods then placing performance headers.

Juss wanna know if it was possible.

 

Also forgot to add what would it sound like and would it pass smog. What are the ups and downs?

From your experiences what do u know. I need your help.
