Default 97 Civic CX Won't Start

hey guys. before i did all this, the car ran fine no problems at all. ill do my best to give explanations of what i did.

current alarm light (#1) was starting to mess up. it wouldn't flash sometimes. Light #2 has been there but never saw it turn on (dont know if they had a previous alarm system). i soldered light #2, to the two wires coming from #1. it worked. the light turned on

next up i removed the bottom left panel (driver side). i saw the box of the current alarm system (#1). These wires (#2) were the ones i hooked up to light #2 in the previous pic. i noticed that cable #3 (all black. ground??)was not hooked up to nothing. so i left it like that.

i saw a mess with the wires that were hooked up to the blue box. (maybe previous alarm system?) i disconnected these wires (#1) which come from the blue box. Total 4 wires. i didn't write down in what order they were connected. i just connected them in a order i thought they might have been before. Anybody know what order they're supposed to be connected? my plan was to re-arrange them so it wouldnt be a mess. NOTE: the blue box also had a black wire which wasn't connected anywhere at first. wires #2 & #3 are from light which was messing up. i hooked them up to the wires coming from the light i never saw turn on . so what i did was just interchange wires from both lights.

i tried starting the car but it wouldnt start. battery is good. fuel pump is good. when ignition key is turned, i hear fuel pump turning on. it sounds as if its about to start but it wont. starter is good. i checked fuses in fusebox and all fuses are good. oh and the alarm works perfect. light too which i interchanged. any ideas? this is really a big mess.

anybody know about alarms? can anyone verify that the blue box is for an alarm system? or part of the car?

i got the car to start. but for some reason, every time when i turn the switch on. it makes an annoying sound that comes from the blue box. did not use to do that before. it only did it when i connected the negative battery cable.

also. i dont know if this is normal, but when i turn the ignition key on, (not starting the car) i hear a weird kind of hissing sound from the engine bay. sounds like its coming from around the fuel rail. sounds like as if its sucking in air. kind of like a intake, but not as loud. does not smell like gasoline, but when i touch the top hose of the fuel filter that leads to fuel rail, it feels like if gasoline is flowing through the hose.

i have some videos ill try and post them up.
