Default valet mode?

So, i was parked in my car today waiting for a friend to get ready for school.

I had the car off for about 10 minutes. When i proceed to take off, i notice a blue glow on the steering wheel. It was my alarm light, i called and ask my bro and he said that it is in valet mode.
Anyone know how to to fix it. It's the stck honda alarm.

car is a 2003 civic si is that matter. Tried looking up in the owner manul and got nothing. Any help would be nice. Thanks.

no it was not a light on the key sob.

It was the alarm light. Normally it would flash, but now it stays on.

It's all good though, im having my brother come and check it out.

I wish I had a special valet setting on my car. Won't exceed like 20 MPH or something. That would rock.
