Default H22A OXYGEN SENSOR CODE 43 WON'T GO AWAY

SO I'VE PUT AN JDM H22A FROM A 1992 PRELUDE INTO MY 1996 EX ACCORD, USING THE OLD ACCORD HARNESS, AND RUNNING A P13 THAT CAME WITH THE ENGINE, I GET A CEL SAYING CODE 43 IF I'M READING THIS RIGHT 4 LONG BLINKS THEN ONE QUICK ONE OVER AND OVER, SO I BUY A NEW SENSOR. NOPE, I RUN WIRING FROM A BRAND NEW SENSOR TO THE ECU BUT I STILL GET IT. I'VE TRIED SWAPPING THE LEADS TO PINS A6 AND A11 AS SUGGESTED IN SOME SWAP TECHS, I'VE TRIED RUNNING IT STRAIGHT THROUGH, DO I HAVE BAD CONVERSION HARNESS, OR DARE I THINK IT, BAD P13, WELL ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED AS WELL AS ANY REFERALS FOR A GOOD HONDA MECHANIC IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE.
THANKS
GIBBY

Another thing to look at with a DTC code of 43 is teh fuel system. Have you had the car out for a good drive. If you have how does it run? Does it seem to have poor driving performance, hesitation or week acceleration?

If you are having any performance issues along with your code 43 then you should look into doing some testing of your fuel system.

Check
1. injectors
2. injectot resistor
3. fuel pressure regulator

bump
this is still going on but as a correction, it is code 41, i bought a new skunk2 harness and plugged it up without tapping it for the extra 3 wires, vtec press. iab, and knock and then it would only throw code for vtec pres switch and the heated o2 code 41, i can't figure this out guys. I know muffinman has a 96 accord with a h22 swap but i can't figure out why you need to swap any pins, the wiring diagrams i look at look the same for accord and prelude, with the addition of the extra o2 sensor for the obd2a. Anyway any help would be appreciated.
thanks

I forgot which error msg I got when I replaced my Cat. Converter and installed new exhaust. I got an 02 accord V6 coupe. If you're getting one of those errors. U have to replace ur o2 sensor...it's actually easy to do. Most likely that sensor died.

nope its a brand new sensor. i swapped a 1992 h22a into my 1996 ex and i can't shake this code now. I just can't rectify the info in the swap techs to the schematics i have available. I just want to know if you do have to swap the pin a6 and a11 for this engine chassis setup.
thanks

Well I have this pic that might help you check out the O2 heater circuit, some aftermarket sensors have different heater resistance and that can throw the code.
