Default some non honda fab

i know this isnt a honda, i no longer own one, but i like the ht crew so here is some pics of my miata drift car.

i smashed the front good so thats the reason for the tube front thats being done, i already had a cage so i didnt want to scrap the car. fabrication being done by a local chassis guy, im a engine machinist not a fabricator, if i had the means to do the fab work i would do it my self

Nice. I post up lots of non honda stuff too. This is by far the best board ive been on in over 10 years for a vast knowledge of people craming ideas together. Non honda **** is cool Why cause there is nothing in the honda word that has not been done before

Nice work man post up more pics.

thanks guys, no spinning triangles, i love rotarys but there to high maintnence, miata motors are kick add 1.8l bp engine iron block aluminum head, closed deck, oil squirters, shim on bucket valvetrain. here is the build

weisco 9.0:1 pistons
carrillo super a beam rods
arp studs all around
crank scrapers.com crank scraper and windage tray mod
billet oil pump gears
ati balancer
99" cyl head( increased port angle and mechanical lifter)
ported and polished
ferrea +1mm valves
ferrea springs and retainers
fuji racing cams 264 duration
fidanza cam gears.

i work for kehl tech performance out of northford ct, i will be machining and building this myself.
i just got in a afco 13.25x21 radiator for the v mount setup and i have a nice 6x11 fluidyne oil cooler. i plan on making between 350-400 hp using a gt2871r on a boost logic manifold. tuned on aem ems. there are still alot of things i need to get and alot of work ahead, ive only just started buying the engine parts but as soon as my pistons and rods come in ill disassemble and wash the short block and get it out to shotpeen and back for bore hone and decking

I'd Get that seat down and away from the door, it appears to be touching the cage and almost touching the door.

key word is almost, its not, miatas are tighter than a 16 year olds snapper, its expletiveing a bitch to put any seat into that car with out being a 4ft 100lb japanese person

Ya i know what it is, but i would disagree you can get seats to fit in it correctly. I have seen 50 or more spec miata's with seats of all types that A.) don't touch the roll cage and B.) are 2mm away from the door.

spec miatas run junk seats for the most part, i wanted a head restraint seat, the only other affordable option was the racetech one. this seat was close to the buddy club specs, the buddy club needed modified seat rails to fit and it was tight, i refuse to run a kirkey or tube frame seat.

thats the new rad for the v mount , afco 13.25x21x3
the civic one i bought was to tall by like 3 in so i sold it to my friend

True many of them due run kirkys but the cars i was talking about run sparcos, recaros, ect

You really have to work on how it is mounted though.

rather it than me, and its not the right aditude but its realistic in the drifting world, the back end already met the wall once, thats why its going to a body shop after its done at fab
