Default QUESTION: d16y8 coolant leak (pics!) urgent :P

Just completed an auto to manual conversion on my 96 ex.
I used an intake manifold, throttle body, and IACV from a 99 ex. I plugged the air injection holes and also converted the IACV plug from 3 wire to 2 wire.

My car runs GREAT, and the idle is fine.
Only problem is this pain in the a$$ coolant leak.

I really want to drive my car ASAP, so without further ado, heres the description.

I double checked to make sure we ran all of the coolant lines in the right places.
Using this diagram I pinpointed the location of each line and everything is just like on the diagram except this one line that is causing me some confusion.

Where is this "Connecting Pipe" and the nipple on it that I am supposed to connect the red circled line to?

As of now it is running from the correct nipple off the bottom of the IACV, but it goes to another same sized nipple around the area where I placed the blue circle (to the left of the heater hoses--I took a pic but for some reason my phone wont text it to my email like normal)

If anyone could assist me that would be great.

the water pipe your looking for runs along side the engine block and the nipple sits almost right above the oil filter, where exactly is your coolant leak coming from

ugh, I think the blue circled area IS actually the connector pipe nipple.
so I guess all of my lines are in the correct spots.

not sure how to describe the location of the leak, but some of it is dripping off the header right in front of the cat I think

check all the hoses, heater hoses, iacv hoses and the bypass hose could all have a simple hole in them and you would never know it, my advice would be to get it pressure tested and see excatly where the leak is

as already stated, try to look for any tears or holes in the lines, and double check to make sure they are all tight.

alright thanks guys, I believe we got the coolant leak fixed.
we found out it was leaking from the intake manifold gasket so we had to take off the IM and scrape off some more of the old gasket which we thought the other people helping work on the car had already gotten off (lol).

anyways...
after we thought we had everything ready to go we ran into an even worse problem, it's a major fuel systems problem--here's the thread:

Thanks!
