Default need some real suspension/brake gurus in here...

I've got a 93 DX and for the longest time I have been having issues with the brakes pulsing. Like any good mechanic I replaced the rotor/drums. and I've done this several times now and each time it seems a lot better but then before too long its back again.

I also just car the car aligned and the toe was out by HALF AN INCH. I have no idea how the toe gets that bad with out hitting something. spring '07 I replaced all 4 LCA bushings and had it aligned after that. I also had the mechanic look over it this time to see if he could figure out what was going on with the brakes but he didn't see anything.

After getting it aligned this morning it has new issue, it started going to the right when I give it gas, and back to the left when I left off. Its not like a torque steer because I don't feel it in the steering wheel at all, it just magically veers off to the right, very noticeably too. I'm taking it back to the shop tomorrow for them to see if they expletiveed something up in the alignment.

Basically I'm starting to think there may be some underlying problem in the suspension that is causing these issues. do you guys have ANY idea of what I could check? Suspension is stock and original.

Well that is no good at all. Seeing that this new issue happened right after the recent "alignment", I'd say they had something to do with that.

And about the pulsating brakes, any torn/ripped CV boots or wheel bearing noises?

also, because the alignment was so Fed up my front tires got worn down on the inside. If they didn't put the tires back on the same corner would could that cause the pull I described above?

there is clicking from one of the joints when I turn hard (like all the way) to one side, but its done that forever. I was thinking that this could be a CV joint issue, but i'm not sure how to diagnose it.

Well the brake pulsation thing could be just cheap rotors. The pulling issue i would defintly have 2 say it would be something in the aligment because it never did it before. If your tires were worn it would do it by accelarting and decelarating it wold always pull. The clicking noise when your turning is more then likely your axle when they start to go bad they click when you turn to that side.... good luck

Is your car really low, with stiff dampers?

Cause over time it can throw out toe settings.
