Ive got some 6.5 components that I want to stick in the doors of my civic but I need some sort of door panel or kick panel or something that will fit them. Can someone point me in the direction of some aftermarket thing that will accept 6.5 components in a 97?

Your factory location will hold them with maybe some minor modification. The tweeters will require some sort of custom mounting somewhere.

If you really want kickpanels, check out Q-Logic. I believe Crutchfield sells them.

 

Kick panels will probally get destroyed in a small car, put the woffers in the door with some dynamat behind them. Go to a junk yard and find a similar year model civic with factory tweeters (all ex 96-00 i think) pull off the entire triangular assembly take the old tweets out and put yours in!
