i'm currently doing a fuel pump kill switch on my ek but i see a YELLOW WIRE with a GREEN STRIPE, and GREEN WIRE with a YELLOW STRIPE coming from my fuel pump. do you know which one it is? i do not have access to a voltmeter either :[ any help is greatly appreciated

 

Get a multimeter. If you don't have one, you should not be doing anything relating to electronics in your vehicle.

 

read over suspended hatch's thread another time and saw that the majority of honda/acuras use a yellow wire with a stripe of some color. so jumped the yellow wire with green stripe and it works like a charm.

 

I don't care if God him/herself writes a thread, I'm still going to verify the wire with a meter.

 

yellow/black...thats your 12v soucre you can confrirm this by checking your enigine wiring harness that goes to the fuel injectors... there should be a yellow wire on each fuel injector if your car's OBD1
