Default Need help with replacing master clutch cylinder on 94 EX

I bought a new master clutch cylinder, now I'm having a hard time unscrewing the clutch pipe. I put some WD-4 on it and I'm still having a hard time unscrewing it. What did you guys use to loosen it up? Its pissing me off I can't get it loosen.

Well, I finally got everything off. According to the manual, when I pull out the master clutch cylinder, the whole piece is suppose to come out. But the problem I'm having now is, there's this pole sticking out that won't come out and I'm wondering how the other end of it is suppose to come out since the whole in the middle is small. Here's a picture, let me know what I'm suppose to do cause I'm pretty stumped.

See those three rods sticking out? How am I suppose to get that out? The two threaded rods on each side, I need to get those out so I can put in the new master clutch cylinder because there are two threaded rods already on the clutch cylinder.
