Default EDM LHD EK9R ?

I know that the DC2R came in LHD format in some of the European countries, I'm curious if the EK9R ever came in LHD? If so which years were produced ?

There is no EK9 in LHD (unless converted).

They were produced in Japan for Japan. Any that are in other countries have been imported.

And they were produced 1997 to 2000. The ones produced in late 2001 were '02 EP3's.

also.....there was never a code of EK9R....EK9 alone stands for the CTR chassis. EK4 (SiR) was designated for other civic chassis w/ B series

not sure what the VTi chassis was.

In most countries the Si, SiR and VTi are basically the same thing. A Civic coupe, hatch or sedan with a B16A in it. The EK4 is a hatch or sedan.

Here we have the Si, Canada has the SiR and the UK has the VTi. They're all EM1s though.

But not all VTi's had a B16A. In Japan, the VTi EG4 has the D15B SOHC VTEC, the SiR trim was given a B16A (as already mentioned).

In Australia, Civic VTi-R EK4 had a B16.

Nor do they all have B16s in Europe. I was speaking only about the 6th gens, not the 5th gens. MOST SiRs and VTis in Europe have the B16A.
