Heater Blowing cold air
My 1993 Honda Accord is blowing cold air, even though I have the heat turned on to maximum. It seems like the air from the vents is warmer than outside air, but still very cold.
I recently had one of the heater hoses replaced in the car. The old one had sprung a leak and engine was getting hot. I had to refill water in the car every 5-10 miles.
The engine temperature is about where it used to be before.
Any help is appreciated.

Is the water temp in your car going up to normal operating temps? You could have a bad thermostat and your car simply isn't warming up enough to heat the air going into your cabin.
Not to jack your thread but, I had the exact thing happen to me today. I went to warm up my car this morning because it was 18 degrees outside. I ended up driving all the way to work with no heat and I was half frozen when I got there.
How many miles do you have on your car? In addition to a bad thermostat, your heater core may be clogged and not allowing the proper heat exchange required to heat the interior. Good news is that your blower motor is working. If it's the heater core, they're a bitch to replace. As such, recommend checking the thermostat first, as suggested in earlier threads.
Good luck,
Good luck,
