EP3 insurance
Did a search but only yielded 3 topics on insurance and they were all for the RSX. Anyhow, I'll be in the market for a different car this spring/summer and the EP3 is definitely a front runner. Just wondering how EP3s fair in terms of insurance. I know the RSX is on the higher end. If it weren't for that and the premium gas requirement, the RSX would be on my list as well. Thanks in advance.

That's what I'm trying to find out and ponder. But apparently the RSX made the top 10 cars to insure. Not sure how the EP3 ranks though. If the difference is marginal then the RSX might make it in the running, however, I'm looking for a more practical daily driver. The extra room in the hatch and the suede (i.e. non leather) seats in the EP3 make it ideal.

wifeypoo and i... both in mid-late 30's - 1 ticket each in the last 10 years-
...very clean records
we pay $45 a month for full coverage- on the '02 Si
and pay $50 a month for full coverage - on the '05 DX VP sedan
both $500 deductibles
(this deductible may be too high for some, but IMHO insurance is for catastrophic events, not minor fender benders!)
we lump the cars in with homeowners, and motorcycle coverage, to get a very low premium...
then we pay monthly (under $130 for everything!)
