My invidia is 16.5 inches for just the piping. 17 inches with the flanges.

Is a test pipe worth buying? Never looked into it much.

Is it only for cars pusing alot of power or can it help any?

it benefits higher power car more so then stockish ones, however if you are still on stock cat, the price difference between buying a high flow cat and test pipe is huge, that is another reason why people get test pipes more often.
