hey guys, i have a 2000 civic hatch and the wiring was cut out leaving only the cut harness behind (seen here...)


this is what i have now...


i need the schematic for the wiring where it was cut to know which wires to wire the reverse car stereo connector to...

any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advanced

Why wire in all those plugs, just hard wire the aftermarket HUs plug to the OEM radio harness, and eliminate the rest of it, will make for a cleaner install with less connections. 94

 

yeah that was my first attmept so i i kept trying things until i ended up where i am now, but hey, i finally got it!

go to circuit city and tell them you need a radio harness hardwire, its about $30. they will solder electrical tape and heat shrink everything real good.

I think because he might want to take out the aftermarket HU to put in a stock one if he sells the car.

When I had my integra, the wiring was so F'd up! Looked like the factory wiring had been hacked 3 times for a stereo install, some connections where just hand twisted wires wrapped in electrical tape! LMAO I put a new Acura stereo plug in it, but first had to find all the OEM wires! Haha...to find one of them we had to take the whole dash loose and found a wire cut way up the harness and tucked back somewhere!
