ok im sure everyone knows how the jdm fenders with the sidemarkers look. First, i want to know how difficult would it be to cut the holes into the fenders and secondly, how much would a body shop charge for this?? [IMG][/IMG]

Should be in the body work section and you can easily do this yourself.

 

i have no experience in body work let alone with a dremel the only tool i ever used were jacks, stands, screwdrivers, and rachets

This is barely even called body work great a dremel and save your self some cash
common why did you register to Honda-Tech if you're not into doing things yourself?

 

Just print out a template and do a couple practice cuts on spare sheet metal.
