well it should i bought a seat off a 98 4 door civic today and it bolted up to my 92 cx hatch

i don't think so because i think the 5th gens have the 50/50 split whereas the 6th's have the 60/40. I'm not completely positive though.

It won't bolt up. The 95 civic has a 1 piece folding seatback where the si has a 2 piece folding seatback. If you wanted to go through the trouble, you could weld up the bracket that is between the 2 upper halves and I think it would work. If you just sorta throw the seats in there for appearance and don't bolt them in, you shouldn't have a problem.
