Your dimmer switch is probally broken. Or your dimmer switch relay.

IF THE DIMMER OR THE RELAY IS BROKEN THEN Y EVERYTHING ELSE LIGHT UP...

THE CLUSTER IS THE ONLY THING OUT NOT THE CLIMATE CONTROLS, RADIO OR MY AUTOMATIC CONTROLS.....

ANY ONE ELSE????

You had a very good suggestion, but you chose to ignore it. I also had a similar issue, but it was the dimmer switch that I had to replace. Take it for what it's worth, but if you're not willing to at least try it out, then no one else is going to be able to help you. Also, keep in mind that a service manual may not necessarily give you the info you need. Simple troubleshooting will be your greatest asset......most of the time.
