Comptech Sway Exhaust Fitment Question
I just installed the comptech brace and my exhaust doesnt fit the sway.
got a couple questions
anyone run this with a tanabe exhaust? or the apexi ws2?
or would it just be better for me to buy an ITR sway or even the asr 24 mm?
i know the later choice would be cheaper but then ill have a useless comptech sway.
97 hatch and the problem is the sway goes directly right into the middle of the pipe. Its got alot of room on top of the pipe. This exhaust was a pain in the *** to begin with i think the seller gave me an EG because it was couple inches short we had to extend it.
i searched and no pics or answers really.

What chassis and what exhaust?
A photo of the clearance would help. What exactly doesn't fit?
Depending on what the problem is, you may have issues trying to fit other sway bars with that exhaust as well, so be careful before running out and buying more parts.

I don't think any bar is going to fit with that on there.
You will have to modify your exhaust if you want to run a sway bar.
A lot of exhaust systems wont clear sway bars, and people don't think about it much.

ya i figured i would need a new exhaust. I know some exhaust fits cause a good amoutn of people use this sway bar/brace combo. i just need to konw for sure which oen fits before i go out and buy one.
i am looking at a tanabe right now but i need confirmation that it fits.

i'd just get that one modified.
Buy a 90 mandrel bend in the same diameter and take it down to a muffler shop and have them use the 90 mandrel to raise that section up.
Should be less then 100
