Ok, so this really just started. On a cold start (Ussally) the car whines really loud kinda like a power steering whine, but I dont think it is. It stops when I get going down the road for a couple min. But also I can hear like rubbing when im driving down theroad is that the breaks? It makes noise when I brake also.

changed your timing belt? maybe it was just me but when i changed the timing belt the noise went away. Like a howling noise. Rubbing like metal grinding?

 

Yea thats what it sounds like but its from the front wheels.
