Help question!! Need some info about rear disc swap
Ok So I did a rear disc swap and I got the rear disc swap on and everything and the 4040 porportion valve and master cylinder and brake booster and what the question is that when I tryied to bleed the brakes you are supposed to start from the right rear the farthest from the master cylinder that what it says in the chiltons service manual. And so we started to bleed them first air came out and everything and that was it no brake fluid would come out and no air but all the other ones are fine there bled but that right rear nothing would come out at all. I dont know what to do what would cause that I mean the only thing is could be the proportion valve has anyone had this happen to them? I dont understand I dont have brakes either so I cant drive the car. I hope somebody can help me on here.
thanks
thanks
Well I went to the junk yard and got another proportion valve no kinked lines and the resovor is fill up and it wont go down any when you bleed that one rear disc could it be the rubber brake line? Honestly I do not know what to do now change the proportion valve or what maybe I should check the rubber hose line. I am out of ideas but thanks for you help so far.
ok I got it finally what I did was take my blow gun with my air compressor and blow the brake line with and then it worked thanks for your help guys.
