Hey guys,

I have a guy looking to buy a set of brake pads (EBC-2891) off of me, and I need to know if they'll fit him. He says he's got a 1995 Civic EX Coupe <U>Non-ABS</U>. I couldn't find the Non-ABS model/trim online anywhere, so can anyone help me out?

I dont think they will, on partsamerica.com (where advance auto gets their parts) all pads at leasts for the front are either labled with or w/o abs.

 

Looking at the box and from what retailers sites say, I assumed that "Civic EX 93-95" covered all models. Then I couldn't find a non-abs model online.

The box itself doesn't say with or without..

I would assume its abs, because of the del sol application, but im not sure. Have you tried calling EBC, that may be the only way?

 

Well that would be an international call, and they specifically state not to ask them about fitment issues on their website. Fitment questions are answered in their catalog, which I checked.. and being a Prelude owner, what I found doesn't mean much to me.

Apparently it fits these model Civic's:

1.5 (MB3) 91-95
1.6 ESi (EG5 EH9) 91-95
1.6 VTi (EG6 EH9)(EG9) 91-95
1.6 (MB4) 92-97
1.6 VTec (EK1) 92-97

Is that enough information to decipher whether they fit a '95 Civic EX Coupe Non-ABS?
