The one in the front goes to the oil separator ; that black box below your intake. There should be a valve on that line too.
You can just cap off that back port if you want

the one above the IACV is i believe the FITV that some models have and others don't.
My advise - cap it off
the "I don't have this one" looks like another part of the FITV system, but I've also seen casts with the brake booster line there.
The crank-case ventilation that quis23 talks about should go..... well how should i put it... look between the intake runners of #1 and #2 cylinders really close to the head. There is a circular hole in the cast between those runners.
The Oil separator can connets to this hole via a short hose. One end of the hose has an outter radial grove that fit in the whole between the intake runners and the other end plugs into the oli can. Now you have another hose with one end into the inake plenum and the other into a PCV valve. This valve then plugs into the lower hose at the hole between the runners. And you DO need this valve
sorry, couldn't get a clear picture of those components.

Ok so my one in the front goes down in between the intake manifold where you said and then it comes out the bottom..and that plugs into the back of my crank case?
here is a picture of where that hose comes out on my actual engine
lol here is a pic i found on the internet of what i currently have...i just need to know where the bottom of this hose goes...
